At the end of each term, Undergraduates and Visiting Students will meet with their tutors to discuss their term’s work and the reports submitted by their tutors on OxCORT (which will be released to students for viewing throughout week 8).
Each Undergraduate student will see the Principal with their tutors once each academic year, in order to discuss their academic progress and their wider involvement in College life. Students are asked to fill in a feedback sheet before the meeting, in order to enable a more productive discussion in the limited time available. Attendance at Principal's Collections is compulsory.
Postgraduate students will meet with the Principal and Tutor for Graduates once in their 1st and 2nd years of study to discuss their academic process and College experiences.
Please log into WebLearn and refer to the 'Resources for Current Students' to see when in the year your Principal’s Collections will take place.
Written collections are College examinations taken at the beginning of each term. You will be informed by your tutors either via email or by a Notice Board announcement if you are to sit Collections on the previous term’s work. If you are unsure whether you are required to sit a Collection you should get in touch with your tutors.
Students with more than two Collections to sit on Friday of 0th week will sit their remaining Collections on either Saturday of 0th week, or at an invigilated time discussed with their tutors, or in their own time if the tutor permits them.
