Collection sessions will be organised as follows on Friday of week 0:
9am and 2pm in the North Schools (Examination Schools) for students sitting collections on Inspera (replicating the format of their Public Exam papers) WITH STUDENTS BRINGING THEIR OWN DEVICES. Tutors will receive a link to a Sharepoint site to upload their Inspera papers.
9.30am and 2.30pm in the Wolfson Hall for students sitting in-person handwritten collections. Tutors will receive a link to a Sharepoint site to upload their handwritten papers and the College Office will lay these papers out in the Wolfson Hall. Tutors will not need to attend at the start of these sessions.
For students subject to alternative arrangements, papers can also be uploaded to the relevant Sharepoint site. These students will be informed separately by email of their times and locations.
An additional Saturday session will be organised if there is sufficient demand (e.g. if students need to sit more than two in-person invigilated collections on the Friday).
Please submit your Collections Arrangements by noon on Wednesday 18 March 2026.
Organising Tutors in joint schools should please ensure that they liaise about timings to avoid any clashes BEFORE their subject form is submitted.
Students should only sit a Collection paper on Inspera if the counterpart University examination paper is going to be sat on Inspera, so please check that before filling in the form. If their University examination is going to be on Inspera, please select ‘Inspera’ on the form, otherwise select ‘in-person handwritten.’
