Maintenance Fault Reporting

The College is committed to maintaining its rooms and buildings in a safe and attractive condition. You're encouraged to report any faults as soon as possible.

You can do this in two ways:

• Register the fault online. This is a relatively simple process that only requires you to raise a work request, give brief details of the problem and specify exactly where the fault is. A username and password will have been emailed to you by the Estates team, but if you need a reminder just email kevin.ward@seh.ox.ac .uk.
• Call or email the Lodge (tel 01865 279000, lodge@seh.ox.ac.uk), which is staffed 24 hours a day.

A call-out system is in operation so that emergencies can be dealt with whenever they arise.
