An undergraduate student in a first-year room in the Besse building
-A +A

As a first-year student you'll have a room on the main Queen’s Lane site, so you'll quickly get to know everyone in College. We offer accommodation to all our undergraduates for two years, and sometimes for a third year.

All of our single study-bedrooms have a washbasin, with bathroom facilities nearby. Every room is connected to the University’s telephone and internet network.

You won't have to worry about cooking as all meals are available in our Dining Hall and are excellent value for money. Our award-winning chef is happy to cater for all dietary requirements. There's a kitchenette near every student room if you would prefer to self-cater.

Our annexes

You may choose to live out during one or more of your years with us, or take a room in one of our nearby annexes:

Just five minutes’ walk away across Magdalen Bridge, the former Isis Hotel houses about 45 of our undergraduates. Right opposite the University Sports Complex, it’s also close to the buzzing student area of Cowley Road.

Our newest accommodation opened in 2004. Located in East Oxford, and even closer to College and grocery shops than Isis, it’s home to 55 students who all live in en-suite rooms.
