Linda Yueh's research focuses on economic development and growth, and law and economics, with a focus on the changing structure of the global economy and the economy of China. She has written/edited 8 books including a textbook, Macroeconomics, and is the Series Editor for the Routledge Series on Economic Growth and Development books. She has published widely in leading journals and served as guest editor of World Development and the Oxford Bulletin of Economics and Statistics. She has taught microeconomics and macroeconomics at various levels as well as options papers such as Development Economics. Her current teaching includes Command and Transitional Economies for the university and she offers a special paper on the Chinese economy for the Hall's Visiting Students. She also directs the China Growth Centre and supervises postgraduate students conducting research in the areas of economics, Chinese studies, and law.
