Chef de Partie

Full Time

Working as part of a dedicated, cohesive, friendly, and talented team and under the direction of our Executive Head Chef, the Chef de Partie prepares and cooks high quality meals for Fellows, students and staff, conference delegates, guests, and visitors. They will have an input into menus and order food supplies and may also manage the kitchen brigade when the Executive Head Chef, Deputy Head Chef and Sous Chefs are not on duty.

The successful candidate will become part of an exceptionally skilled kitchen team.  You will be passionate about cooking and have a deep appreciation of quality food with a proven knowledge of production and cooking techniques.

Experience of working as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen is essential but more importantly is your individuality.  The successful candidate will be upbeat, confident and be able to thrive in a busy, high volume environment.  You will be able to engage and connect with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures.

A relevant culinary qualification to a minimum of Level 2 professional cookery and food hygiene certificate is required for this post.
