HR and Academic Assistant
Elle joined the Hall in September 2022.
Last year Elle completed a degree in International Business Management at Oxford Brookes University and has recently attained her CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice at Abingdon and Witney College.
Elle supports various HR functions, including general administration, recruitment and induction assistance, initial internal and external HR inquiries, and the upkeep of digital personnel records. She has recently taken on the responsibilities of the academic assistant, supporting the College Office with administrative duties.
