Richard Huggins

Warden at Isis and William R. Miller

As the Isis Warden, Richard’s duties involve the day to day running of the College’s eight outside properties based in East Oxford. This includes staffing, health and safety, helping student residents with any queries, and maintenance. He also oversees the properties during the busy summer conference period. Richard is the first point of contact for all students living in the lsis or Dawson Street properties.

Richard joined St Edmund Hall in November 1991 as a handyman. Previously, he had worked as a self-employed general builder and bricklayer. Richard is a keen vegetable gardener with his own allotment, and he enjoys playing sport and supports youth football within his local community.
