Tamsin Oglesby
Tamsin Oglesby (1985, English) has written a number of plays for stage and radio.
Tamsin’s play Future Conditional was directed by and opened Matthew Warchus’ inaugural season at the Old Vic in September 2015. She is currently under commission to the National Theatre and Chichester Festival Theatre.
Tamsin’s adaptation of Russell Hoban’s The Mouse and his Child played to great acclaim at the RSC in November 2012. Her plays The Imaginary Mysoginist and Ephebiphobia have both been sell-out successes at the Landestheater Linz, Austria in October 2013 and October 2012. Her adaptation of Georges Feydeau’s Every Last Trick was performed at Royal and Derngate Theatre, Northampton in 2014. Her play Really Old, Like Forty-Five premiered at The National Theatre in January 2010 and was a sell-out success. Tamsin’s other plays include The War Next door (Tricycle Theatre), US and Them and My Best Friend (Hampstead Theatre) and Two Lips Indifferent Red (Bush Theatre).
