Johnny White

Johnny joined the Climate Programme in ClientEarth’s London office in October 2020.  The Climate Programme explores and implementing legal strategies to mainstream climate-related risk and to foster accountability for the impacts of climate change.  Johnny’s work focusses on consumer and investor greenwashing and corporate human rights responsibility.  More detail about ClientEarth’s greenwashing work can be found here.

Before joining ClientEarth, Johnny worked as a litigator at the international law firm Clifford Chance, specialising in international commercial and financial disputes and in international human rights law.  He has also worked for human rights strategic litigation groups, and has a particular interest in corporate social responsibility and accountability.
