Timings
14:00: Check-in opens for those who have not booked accommodation
17:00: Buttery Bar open
18:30: Drinks reception and Welcome Desk in the Front Quad
19:30: Dinner in the Wolfson Hall
After dinner: Buttery Bar open until 23:30
