St Edmund Hall Alumnus Fergus Eckersley Awarded OBE for Services to Foreign Policy

St Edmund Hall is proud to congratulate aularian Fergus Eckersley (2002, Modern Languages) on being awarded an OBE for services to Foreign Policy.

Fergus, who works as a UK Representative to the EU in Brussels, now the UK Mission to the EU, matriculated in 2002 to study Modern Languages at the Hall, where he also met his wife, Alice Proby (2001, PPE).

The prestigious award recognises contributions to the arts and sciences, work with charitable and welfare organisations, and public service.

The Hall congratulates Fergus on this incredible achievement.
