Aaron Platt
Junior Sous Chef
Aaron is the Junior Sous Chef at St Edmund Hall.
Aaron started as a causal worker at the Hall and then became the Junior Sous Chef in June 2025.
He previously worked in large contract catering mostly for independent schools. This is Aaron’s first experience in a university kitchen of which he is looking forward to the journey ahead.
