Elisha Ainsworth
Access and Outreach Coordinator
Elisha works as the Access and Outreach Coordinator at St Edmund Hall and is based in the Admissions Office.
She regularly travels to visit schools and colleges in the Hall’s link areas of Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Rutland, and also hosts visits to Oxford from schools, colleges and individual prospective applicants.
In addition, she runs the College’s Student Ambassador Scheme, encouraging current students to share their experiences and affection for Teddy Hall with visiting pupils and prospective applicants. She can provide training, materials, and support to any current students who wish to speak at their former school about Oxford, Oxbridge or other university applications.
You can contact Elisha with any queries about:
- Open Days
- School and college visits, and support in Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland schools
- The Unlock Oxford programme
- The Student Ambassador scheme
Elisha joined St Edmund Hall in September 2025, after finishing her undergraduate degree in BA Human Sciences at the University of Oxford. Throughout Elisha’s time as a student, she was heavily involved with Access and Outreach initiatives, even serving as her old college’s (Keble) JCR Access Officer. Outside of work, Elisha enjoys watching films and, as a result, spending far too much time in Oxford’s many cinemas. Her other hobbies include watching YouTube video essays, going on walks and starting (but rarely finishing) various Arts and Crafts projects.
