Ellie is the Assistant Butler at St Edmund Hall, based at Wolfson Hall.
Ellie runs runs high-quality dining services, selecting wines to complement guest experiences, and acts as the welcoming face of the dining environment, having previously worked at New College for eight years. She has a passion for fashion, beauty, and connecting with people. She loves keeping up with the latest trends, exploring new styles, and bringing positive energy.
Outside of work, Ellie is usually found socialising with friends, travelling and discovering new places, or diving into history. Known for her witty sense of humour and bubbly personality, Ellie enjoys creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere both professionally and personally.
