Emma Bartlett
Café Manager
Emma was promoted to Café Manager in April 2026, having joined the Hall in 2025 as a Servery Assistant.
She is responsible for the management of St Edmund Hall’s Chough Café, a hidden gem in the heart of Oxford serving barista style coffee and homemade cakes.
Her background is Corporate Sales and Business Development with her most recent experience running a café in Botley, Oxford, for three and a half years.
Originally from New Zealand, Emma likes to be outside as much as possible in her spare time. She and her partner enjoy cycling around the river, often stopping at the odd pub or two for a drink.
