Juan Ramirez is the Sous Chef at St Edmund Hall.
Juan joined us in February 2025 as Sous Chef. He has many years of experience in various culinary settings and has worked in restaurants both abroad and in the UK. His most recent experience was gained with New College, Oxford which allowed him to broaden his strengths in developing creative recipes and preparing delicious student meals as well as fine dining dishes for Formal Halls.
