Liberty Holroyd
Governance Manager
Liberty joined St Edmund Hall in March 2026 and provides governance support across the College’s committees.
She is responsible for maintaining robust governance frameworks, overseeing policies and risk registers, coordinating Freedom of Information processes, and supporting the continuous improvement of governance practice across the College.
Prior to joining the Hall, she held roles in motorsport, where she delivered governance and regulatory support within the sport’s national governing body.
Outside of work, Liberty enjoys musical theatre, Japanese cooking, and attending motorsport events.
