Luke Maw

Student Recruitment and Progression Manager

Luke works in the Admissions Office and leads the College’s outreach, access and student recruitment programmes.

He is responsible for the evolution of the College’s outreach programmes, and provides support shaping the College’s strategy with regards to access, equality and diversity.

Luke represents the College in cross-college meetings regarding outreach work, and sits on the Pathways Steering Group Committee.

As a data analyst, Luke also undertakes quantitative analysis of our students’ progression from pre-admission to post-graduation to facilitate a better understanding of the demographic profile and academic standing of the College.

Luke joined St Edmund Hall in March 2016, having graduated in 2015 with a Masters in Physics at the University of Nottingham. He previously worked in the Widening Participation department there.

Luke is a keen (but by his own admission, unfit) cyclist. Recently he participated in the 80 mile Bike Oxford Sportive, and hopes to take part in more in the future.
