Natasha Ashton

Natasha Ashton read Modern Languages (Modern Greek) at St Edmund Hall, (SEH 1993) and later earned her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Natasha is an entrepreneur, board member and growth strategist with over two decades of experience building, scaling and advising innovative businesses across the insurance, real estate and technology sectors. As Co-Founder, Co – CEO and Chief Marketing Officer of Fetch (formerly Petplan), she helped reinvent the US pet insurance industry, growing the company to one of the largest of its kind in North America and leading it through a successful private equity acquisition in 2019.

Natasha has since served on the boards of several high-growth companies including Houwzer (Newfound). She has been recognised as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Most Admired CEOs,” and led Fetch to inclusion on Forbes’ list of “America’s Most Promising Companies” for three consecutive years.

A passionate advocate for education and women’s advancement, she and her husband Chris, whom she met at the Hall (SEH 1991), have been active philanthropists in the educational space benefiting many philanthropic causes, including Oxford University. Natasha and Chris have two sons, Benjamin and Henry.
