Neelam Thagie
Deputy Head Butler
Neelam is the Deputy Head Butler at St Edmund Hall, based at Wolfson Hall.
She joined the team in November 2025, having previously worked as a casual member of staff for three years. Alongside her time at St Edmund Hall, Neelam has also worked in the field of mental health, supporting a wide range of clients and customers from diverse backgrounds.
Her experience as a casual staff member sparked a genuine enjoyment of the hospitality environment, which ultimately led her to join St Edmund Hall full-time. Neelam brings both her professional skills and her welcoming personality to the role, contributing to the smooth running of the College atmosphere.
Outside of work, Neelam enjoys travelling, attending theatre shows, and spending quality time with friends and family.
