Suzanne Webster
Suzanne Webster (1996, graduate) is an Associate Professor of English at Elizabethtown College, Pennsylvania, where she teaches British Romanticism and other courses in post-1660 British literature.
She gained her MPhil in English Romantic Studies and her DPhil in English Literature while at the Hall, both degrees being funded by a British Academy Postgraduate Studentship.
Her book, Body and Soul in Coleridge’s Notebooks, 1827-1834: “What is Life?” was published in January 2010 by Palgrave Macmillan.
As well as teaching courses and texts on the environment and natural world, she is a founding member of, and a co-faculty advisor to the Elizabethtown College Environmental Group (ECEG).
