Part Time
This is an outstanding opportunity to gain administration experience in one of Oxford’s most reputable colleges. The role is busy and varied and will include dealing with routine queries and providing a full administration service across the student life cycle.
The successful candidate will have good administration skills, be methodical in their approach to work, have strong attention to detail and be highly organised. The appointee will report to the Deputy College Registrar and will work closely with other members of the College’s professional and domestic staff, heads of departments and senior College Officers. Full training will be provided.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work to tight deadlines will enable you to build positive work relationships with all stakeholders and ensure that this important Department remain a trusted and approachable service for our students. The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality is essential.
Excellent IT skills including the full Microsoft Office suite and customer skills are essential as is the ability to communicate well over the telephone, video calls and in writing.
Our College is located in Queen’s Lane in beautiful surroundings just off the High Street and close to the river in Oxford with its historic charm. Buses, cafes, the Covered Market and shops are only a short distance away and the train station is approximately a 20-minute walk. This all helps to create an excellent environment in which to work. The role includes the option to be home based one day a week.
