Accommodation Manager

This pivotal role oversees all aspects of student and guest accommodation, ensuring exceptional standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service across the College’s residential and communal areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accommodation requirements and related administration, achieving income and budgetary targets for student and commercial accommodation and leading, developing, and motivating the housekeeping team. This will include the setting-up of staffing and operational requirements for our new accommodation in Norham Gardens in the spring of 2026.
This is a varied and rewarding position requiring excellent organisational, financial, and people management skills, alongside the ability to balance academic, residential, and commercial priorities within a complex College environment. Candidates should possess substantial experience in accommodation, housekeeping, or hospitality management at both strategic and operational levels, with a proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and deliver consistently high standards of service.
