Are you an experienced Executive Assistant and minute-taker with strong administration skills? Do you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand board level decisions and committee meetings? Do you have a track record of dealing with highly confidential information and the ability to be discreet? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to our Finance Bursar in addition to ensuring a strong framework is in place to support administrative and governance matters for the college which includes supporting a busy schedule of committee meetings and maintaining accurate records.
You will be confident communicating and corresponding with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and recognise the importance of building relationships as well as being proficient in various office software.
