Governance Manager

Full Time

Reporting to the Finance Bursar, the Governance Manager will play a key role in supporting the Governing Body and a wide range of College committees, maintaining robust governance frameworks, managing policies and risk registers, coordinating Freedom of Information and Data Protection processes, and driving continuous improvement in governance practice.

This is a varied and responsible role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the confidence to work with senior stakeholders across the College. The successful candidate will have significant administrative experience in a comparable setting (such as higher education, a charity, or the public sector), a sound understanding of governance and committee procedures, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
