Depending on your role, staff are either in the office on a full time or part time basis. This will have been discussed with you by your line manager. For those staff who travel on public transport to get into work, we now have a car park booking system available for staff to use.

  • The University of Oxford have created a dedicated HR Support HUB. This has guidance from working on home, keeping work life balance and maintaining physical health and more.
  • The University’s disability advisory group have put together a website: Covid-19 Information for disabled staff.
  • Coronavirus and your wellbeing (Mind).
  • Care First – confidential 24/7 employee assistance programme. This service is available via the telephone and online to help you manage health, issues at home, issues at work, management support tools, stress questionnaires and online counselling in real time.   • We have a mental health first aider at Teddy Hall, Hr Manager, Mandy Estall, who is the first point of contact for people with mental health issues, providing support and guidance for all colleagues. Contact Mandy at mandy.estall@seh.ox.ac.uk.

It Support for Remote Working

  • Microsoft Teams is a key way for remote working staff to keep in touch via instant messaging and video conferencing plus it enables easy document collaboration.
