The Principal and Fellows of St Edmund Hall invite members of the Floreat Aula Legacy Society, with a guest, to the fourteenth Society dinner.
Timings
Friday 21 March
2.00pm: Room check in for those staying overnight
3.00-5.00pm: Exhibition on Ancient Egypt open in the Old Library
4.00pm: Tea and coffee available in the Jarvis Doctorow Hall foyer
5.00pm: Lecture – ‘Power and information in the early modern city’, Professor Filippo de Vivo, Professor of Early Modern History and Tutorial Fellow in History, in the Jarvis Doctorow Hall
6:00pm: Evensong in the Chapel
6.30pm: Drinks in the Senior Common Room with talk from Professor Mark Williams, Garden Fellow and Tutor in English Language and Literature, on the Hall’s Gardens
7.30pm: Dinner in the Wolfson Dining Hall
After dinner: Buttery Bar open until 11.00pm
Saturday 22 March
8.30am: Breakfast in Wolfson Hall for those staying overnight
Accommodation is available for the night of 21 March* at a cost of £67.50 per room. Twin rooms are available for £96.25.
*Extra nights of accommodation either side of the 21 March are available and bookable via Conference Manager, Sue McCarthy.
