A joint partnership between the Oxford Preservation Trust and the University, Oxford Open Doors is a celebration of Oxford as a city. Every September, visitors are able to look around some of the buildings and grounds that are normally closed to the public, with a series of events also taking place.

Teddy Hall will be open to the public on Sunday 9 September 2018 from midday until 4pm. Visitors will be able to explore many of the College’s beautiful and historic buildings, including the College Library – a converted twelfth-century Norman church – and the surrounding churchyard. The Chapel, built in 1682, will also be available for visitors to look around, as will the Old Dining Hall and the Wolfson Hall, which holds the Women Inspire exhibition. The College is one of the oldest academic institutions in the University, with many buildings dating back several centuries.

We are looking forward to welcoming all visitors on Sunday 9 September; there is no charge and no need to book in advance. Whether you’re a past, present or prospective member of the Teddy Hall community, or whether you simply want to find out more about the College, we’d love to see you!
