Alan Fenton

Alan Fenton (1952, English) is a novelist whose books are based on Arthurian legend.

After graduating from the Hall, he spent much of his career writing comedy sketches and scripts for TV comedy series, Saturday night spectaculars, and the popular Sunday Night at the London Palladium.

He later became a novelist, with Shadow of the Titan, his first novel, based loosely on his experiences in business. His fascination with King Arthur inspired him to write The Call of Destiny, the first book in his Return of Arthur cycle. Its sequel, The Hour of Camelot, was published in 2010 by Dovecote Press.

An interview was published in The Guardian in September 2010.
