Assistant Junior Dean
St Edmund Hall’s Decanal Team consists of the Senior Dean who is a Fellow by Special Election, the Junior Discipline Dean and four Assistant Junior Deans. The College Nurse also acts as the Welfare Dean and Harassment Advisor.
The Junior Discipline Dean is responsible (under the Senior Dean) for the discipline of junior members on the Queen’s Lane site and for leading the Decanal Team. They are also expected to deputise for the Senior Dean as required. The Junior Discipline Dean is expected to be available (on call) for an average of four nights out of every seven, on a first-call rota, during 0th to 9th week of each term. A room in College will be provided to facilitate the performance of these duties.
