General Maintenance Assistant
Full Time
Working as part of a small team comprising trades personnel and general maintenance operatives, you will be based at our North Oxford site in Norham Gardens, Oxford but with the variety of working at any of our other sites in Queen’s Lane and East Oxford when required.
The General Maintenance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the College buildings, some of which are of historic significance, are maintained to the highest of standards. It is important that the successful candidate is comfortable both working in a team and be self-motivated when working alone.
Previous experience in general aspects of maintenance, fault-finding and repair works are essential together with an awareness of health and safety regulations.
