Maryanne Martin heads the Cognition and Health Research Group within the Department of Experimental Psychology.
During her time as a member of the Department of Experimental Psychology, Professor Martin’s research was directed towards increasing our understanding of cognitive and emotional processes, and in particular of the ways in which the two areas interact. In particular, her work explored the field of Health Psychology with respect to aspects of chronic illness.
