Please note that when contacting the Principal on any Hall-related matter, you should use principal@seh.ox.ac.uk and/or principals.ea@seh.ox.ac.uk. Emails sent to either of these two accounts are read and monitored by both the Principal and her Executive Assistant.

Departmental and Other College Emails

accommodation.officer@seh.ox.ac.uk – for queries about student accommodation (note that Guest Room bookings should be sent to bursary@seh.ox.ac.uk).

aularianconnect@seh.ox.ac.uk – contact the Development & Alumni Relations Team about alumni and parents’ events and general communication with alumni.

bursary@seh.ox.ac.uk – room bookings (for student societies, teaching rooms, etc), including catering requirements and loan of equipment; queries about meals; and for making appointments with the Domestic Bursar.

college.office@seh.ox.ac.uk – for enquiries relating to academic matters and events, admissions, degree ceremonies, exams, University cards, outreach work, and on-course issues which cannot be resolved with tutors or supervisors.

fees@seh.ox.ac.uk – for enquiries about academic fees and battels charges/payments.

accounts@seh.ox.ac.uk – for enquiries about Fellows’ battels, purchase ledger queries, sales ledger queries and general accounts queries.

help@seh.ox.ac.uk – to report any maintenance issue (on the main site or any other College-owned property – please include details of the issue and exact location); and also to contact our IT team. IT support available includes WiFi / email access, antivirus software, advice on file sharing, and remote access / VPN if you need to access the SEH network remotely.

human.resources@seh.ox.ac.uk – for HR enquiries.

library@seh.ox.ac.uk – anything to do with the library including loans, book requests, if you would like to bring visitors to see the Library, and if you would like to use any of the material in the Old Library.

lodge@seh.ox.ac.uk – mainly for external enquiries, but if you don’t know who to contact about a particular issue, the porters may be able to direct you.

communications@seh.ox.ac.uk – to report any issues with the website, or if you spot any information that needs updating. Also, please do use this to contact our Communications Manager to share any news and achievements (academic or extra-curricular) or events. We would love to share your news online and in the weekly Ted-E-News – our internal e-newsletter.
