Postgraduate Accommodation at 26 Norham Gardens
Norham St Edmund (NSE) is made up of several Victorian houses in Norham Gardens, North Oxford, around twenty minutes’ walk from College across the University Parks. 26 Norham Gardens houses fourth-year undergraduates in single study rooms and double study room flats.
Norham Gardens is a quiet residential area, and close to several University departments such as the Department of Education and the Science Area. It is a short walk from Jericho, a vibrant part of town known for its many restaurants and bars, and Port Meadow, which is popular with walkers. Our postgraduates also have a dedicated punt (boat), kept at Lady Margaret Hall, another Oxford college, just next door to our accommodation buildings.

- Postgraduate students can choose to say in single study rooms or double study room flats.
What is provided in my room?
Almost all rooms have a single bed with mattress, a bed-side cabinet, chest of drawers, desk, desk chair, easy chair, coffee table, wardrobe/hanging space for clothes, desk lamp, book shelf, IT socket, curtains/blinds, and en-suite bathroom facilities.

26 Norham Gardens
Refurbished in 2019, 26 Norham Gardens provides 18 en-suite single study rooms for postgraduates. There is a large shared fitted kitchen and dining area on the ground floor for all residents.
26 Norham Gardens Flats
There are nine flats available for postgraduates all with double bedrooms, en-suite bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen and comfortable living areas.
Postgraduates' partners/spouses may also reside in the flat.
