Welcome to your first year at St Edmund Hall! We hope you are settling in well. As there is a great deal to be thinking about in the first few weeks as a fresher, there’s no sense adding to this by thinking about Careers Support so early, but you may wish to start thinking about internships, voluntary work and making the most of the remainder of your time in Oxford, and so have a number of talks and events taking place in Hilary and Trinity Terms.

Next Steps
The structure of next year’s careers programme revolves around your awareness and sentiments regarding a future career, and so it would be wise to think over the summer about where you might place yourself in the adjacent diagram.
